Jade Buddha Salmon Tartare

Ingredients:

  • salmon - 12 ounces
  • green onion - 2 tablespoons
  • chives - 1 tablespoon
  • cilantro - 1 tablespoon
  • thai basil - 1 tablespoon
  • ginger - 2 teaspoons
  • lime zest - 1
  • lime juice - 1 tablespoon
  • rice vinegar - 1 teaspoon
  • habanero sauce and chile - 2 servings
  • salt and pepper - 2 servings
  • olive oil to coat - 2 servings

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients except lime juice and vinegar. Chill for 30 minutes. Add lime juice and vinegar, adjust to perfect, and serve.
